Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Cinch MEP website at cinchmep.com and the load-calculation services provided by Cincture Holdings LLC dba Cinch MEP ("Company," "we," "us"). By submitting a project inquiry or purchasing services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

Cinch MEP provides residential HVAC load-calculation services in the state of Texas, including:

Services are performed in accordance with ACCA (Air Conditioning Contractors of America) standards.

2. Service Area

Cinch MEP currently provides services for projects located in the state of Texas only. Projects outside Texas will not be accepted.

Final pricing is confirmed in your quote after project details are reviewed. Prices are subject to change without notice, but your quoted price is locked for 30 days from quote date.

One (1) round of revisions is included per project if the revision results from incomplete or incorrect information you provided in the original submission. Additional revisions due to design changes requested after delivery are subject to additional fees.

8. Permits and Code Compliance

Important: Cinch MEP's calculations are load-calculation tools to support design decisions and contractor permit submissions. We do not guarantee permit approval by any jurisdiction. Permit acceptance is determined by the local Authority Having Jurisdiction (AHJ). You are responsible for confirming all local code requirements.

You agree to provide accurate and complete project information. Errors in deliverables resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by you are not the responsibility of Cinch MEP. Re-work due to client-provided errors will be quoted and billed separately.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Cinch MEP's total liability arising out of or related to these Terms or the services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific project at issue. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits, loss of business, or project delays.

12. Intellectual Property

Completed calculation deliverables are licensed to you for use on the specific project described in your intake submission. Cinch MEP retains ownership of its methodologies, templates, and software tools used in producing deliverables.

13. SMS / Text Messaging Program

Program Name: Cinch MEP SMS Alerts
Program Description: Transactional SMS messages related to your Cinch MEP project — including submission confirmations, project status updates, quote delivery, and completion notices.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Collin County, Texas.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance.
