Who we are
Cinch MEP is a Texas HVAC contractor operating under TACLA 116156C — a Combination Class A endorsement that covers residential and commercial design at unlimited tonnage, plus refrigeration design. Most Texas HVAC contractors carry residential OR commercial only, and refrigeration is a separate scope that few hold. The Combo is what lets us be a single source for the whole project.
We exist because the permit landscape in DFW has a gap: contractors and builders need stamped Manual J load calculations to keep projects moving, but PE contractors turn the work around in weeks. Homeowners get the same problem from a different angle — they hire a contractor, the city kicks back the permit asking for load calcs, and they're stuck without a path forward.
Our focus is narrow on purpose: fast, accurate, TACLA-stamped residential load calculations, with same-day rush available across Texas.

How we operate
Cinch MEP LLC is a Texas LLC, filed June 2026 as a wholly-owned subsidiary of Cincture Holdings LLC. The structure means contracts, invoicing, and stamped load calculations all run through a single licensed entity — clean for AHJ submission and tax reporting.
Day-to-day operations — intake, scheduling, status updates, and billing — are handled by our operations team. Every stamped deliverable is personally reviewed by our licensed contractor before the TACLA stamp goes on. You'll never get a stamped PDF that hasn't been reviewed.
If you have a question about scope, methodology, or anything technical, our operations team will escalate it. Same-business-day reply on active jobs.
Service area
Texas-wide. DFW is the home market — McKinney, Plano, Frisco, Allen, Dallas, and Fort Worth weekly, including knowing each city's ePlan portal and the reviewers' usual asks. Out-of-DFW Texas projects welcomed; pricing is the same.
